Accounting - Operating Statement (for Owners): RevPAR Enhancements 

The existing RevPAR line item has been renamed to Rooms RevPAR to clarify that it is based on room revenue. This update is related to the label only; the calculation remains unchanged. 

Also, we've added Total RevPAR, calculated using total revenue divided by available rooms, displayed directly below Rooms RevPAR. Historical Total RevPAR values are included to support year-over-year analysis.  

Accounting - FOSSE PMS – Redemption Code Handling 

We've made improvements to the handling of redemption rate codes for FOSSE properties to reduce DAE variances. Redemption codes can now be mapped to associated charge codes, with revenue sourced from the Daily Closing Report while rooms occupied continue to come from the Daily Segmentation Report. 

Accounting - STR Integration – Updated Format Support (IHG) 

We've added support for an updated STR report format used by IHG properties, while continuing to support the existing format to prevent import disruptions.  

Accounting - Positive Pay – Chase Bank (Updated Format) 

The Chase Positive Pay export has been updated to align with Chase’s revised file layout requirements. We've updated the file naming convention to Positive Pay File YYYY-MMDD, based on the date of export.

Accounting - Positive Pay – Wells Fargo (New) 

Added support for Wells Fargo Positive Pay exports, using the required field order, formatting, and the same Positive Pay File YYYY-MMDD naming convention. 

Administration - User ID Terminology Update 

Renamed the “Employee No.” column to User ID across the Users page, column selector, exports, and the Payroll page to ensure consistent terminology throughout the application. 

Labor Management (New Report Version) Labor Flash – Labor Hours Variance (Date Range) 

You can now run the Labor Flash – Labor Hours Variance Report across a date range of up to 31 days, giving you a clearer view of how actual labor hours trend against budget over time. 

Facilities - System Templates for Procedures

We've introduced System Templates in the Procedure Library, launching with 12 pre-populated procedure templates. Templates can be duplicated and customized at either the EHID level or organization-wide, helping teams standardize procedures more quickly. Business Intelligence - Portfolio Daily Flash Report

Inn-Flow has introduced a new Portfolio Daily Flash Report that allows operators to view performance across the groups they manage. The report supports same day last year comparisons using weekday-aligned logic (e.g., Tuesday vs. Tuesday), along with daily, MTD, and YTD views. The report can be broken out by groups to assist with granular reviews. Formatting and color updates have been applied based on customer feedback to improve readability and highlight variances.
