AP Inbox: Drag and Drop Capabilities in both Views 

Users can now drag and drop invoice images into the AP Inbox when viewing the page as Table View or Gallery View. 



Operating Statement – Progress Report – Combined Hotels 

Users can now compare actual current period and year-to-date (YTD) financials for combined hotels with the proportionate budget, forecast, prior, and adjusted budget for the same time period within the current period and year. This enhancement allows for a more accurate comparison and understanding of financial performance relative to budget expectations for the specific days of the month that have elapsed. 


 




Accounts Payable Reports – Add Customer 

We have added the ability to include the customer in the last column of the Accounts Payable report, subtotaled by Vendor. This enhancement allows for better visibility of amounts owed by each hotel, particularly useful for entities managing dual-brand hotels. 

This new feature can be accessed on the parameter page. A new Vendor section is available with a checkbox option to include Customer, located after the Group Selection option. This option is applicable only to Accounts Payable – All and is unchecked by default. 

 

  • When selected, the Customer column will be added after the Amount column and subtotaled by Vendor. 
  • Customer numbers are displayed up to 20 characters to ensure the report fits properly on one or more pages without cutting off names. 
  • This update extends to automatically emailed reports, ensuring consistency across all reporting mediums. 

 

 



Employee Type Update Report (Payroll Services Subscription Required) 

We’ve introduced a new report that lists updates to employee types, specifically changes between Full-Time and Part-Time status. This report helps payroll services subscribers efficiently track changes in employment status, ensuring up-to-date records and better human resources management. This report is available in the Report Gallery and supports auto-scheduling. 



My PTO - Enhanced Time Off Request Management 

We've enhanced the My PTO page by adding the ability for users to edit or delete pending DNS, PTO, Sick, or UTO requests before manager approval. All edits and deletions will be reflected on the Time Off Request page, giving users more flexibility and control over their time off management 

Key Enhancements: 

  • Edit Requests: Users can now edit pending requests directly from the "Requests Pending Approval" section via a triple-dot menu. Changes can be made (except for EHIDs), and users can discard or submit updates.  
  • Delete Requests: A new delete option allows users to remove pending requests, with a confirmation prompt. 
  • Leave Balance Check: If the user changes the leave type and lacks sufficient balance, an error message will appear. 

 



Housekeeping Approvals Page Enhancements 

We've improved the workflow screen for a smoother user experience: 

  • Smoother Loading: The screen now collapses smoothly after completing Step 1 if no further actions are needed, eliminating the previous flashing issue.
  • Button Placement: In Step 3 - Employee Performance, the "Add Explanation" button is now positioned on the right side of the header when multiple names are selectedallowing for bulk editing. 

 


Entity-Wide Rate Update Enhancement 

When the Overtime Rate, Double Overtime Rate, or Holiday Rate is updated from the entity slide-out for a hotel, these changes will now automatically apply to all users' Entity Wide Setting rates within that hotel. This ensures consistency across all employee records whenever rate adjustments are made at the entity level. 


Auto-Scheduling for Terminations Report 

We've enhanced the Terminations report by adding the ability for users to auto-schedule it with customizable time frame options.
