Facilities: Preventative Maintenance: Template Gallery

Create a preventative maintenance (PM) schedule once as a template, then reuse it at any property in your portfolio. Each hotel applies the template with its own locations and start date, so there is no more rebuilding the same PM schedule hotel by hotel.

• A template gallery with search and filters, plus a "recommended" flag so the right templates surface for the right hotels or groups
• Create, edit, duplicate, and delete templates
• Apply a template to a property with that property's own locations and start date
• The procedure library is now shared across your whole organization, with tags and filters to keep it organized at scale
