Labor Management - Enhanced Payroll Imports
Payroll Import will now include a Tax-Wise payroll import option which joins existing COA and Check-Wise Imports. We've also included duplicate import detection with delete-and-replace or copy options.
Labor Management: New Paymaster Payroll Export Format
The latest Payroll Export option includes Company Code, Employee ID, Pay Type, Chart of Account, and hours breakdown. It supports regular hours, differential hours, holidays, and more!
Labor Management: Updated ADP WFN2 Payroll Export Format
We've updated the format of the ADP WDN2 Payroll Export file for easier use. This format includes consolidated fields and new structured data for PTO and sick hours, as well as more consistent formatting including COA prefixing and hours breakdown
Labor Management: New Payroll File Download Options
You can now download the current payroll file directly from the Payroll page. No more waiting for an emailed export. Use the triple-dot menu to select the "Download Payroll" for Payrolls which have been exported or "Download Current View" for un-exported payrolls.
For more information, see article: How to Download Payroll in the Current Export Format
Labor Management: Payroll Processor & ID Enhancements
Within a user's profile, the Payroll ID field is now always displayed. This is an identifier designed to help map users between Inn-Flow and external systems such as payroll, benefits, or HRIS platforms. For more information, see article: Understanding the Payroll ID Field in Inn-Flow
Inventory - Procurement Module's New Name!
Inn-Flow has updated the name of the Procurement Module in all menus. This change is meant to set proper expectations about what this module is best suited for.
