Inn-Flow Email Service has been restored as of Tuesday, May 14th at 9:30am Eastern. In the last 24 hours, you may have received email rejection notifications if any invoices, PMS Reports or STR Reports were sent. 

For Daily Activity data that was affected, you can either resend the reports from Monday, May 13th from your PMS, or there is also a way to manually import the files. See the folder here for articles related to each PMS that has an import service available.

Welcome Emails and Password Reset emails were also affected but are now working as expected. You can resend any Welcome Emails from the User Profile page in the triple dot menu on the right.

For STR Reports, please resend the reports to the STR Email Address, and the reports will show in the STR Library the following day.
