If you use the HotelKey PMS, there is an API available the automatically syncs the night audit data. To initiate the HotelKey API, reach out to the below email address with the information below in the body of the email. Also, please copy Support@Inn-Flow.com on this as well so we can work with HotelKey on the setup and data sync.

Once the API setup is complete between HotelKey and Inn-Flow, the data will automatically be imported into your Daily Activity Entry page each day. Inn-Flow Support will complete the final step, which is mapping the import codes to the proper Inn-Flow Chart of Account.
Troubleshooting Daily Activity Errors
- Data not Imported or Incomplete: Contact support@inn-flow.com, and an Agent can request that HotelKey resends the data.
- Auto Import Errors - Refer to the recent webinar that was held by Inn-Flow, detailing How do I clear Auto Import Errors? If you do not have the Role Permission to complete this, please reach out to your corporate team.
