Accounting - Operational Budgets/Forecasting 2.0 

A new export option has been added, located in the Triple-dot menu. Export as Excel: Allows the user to export the Room Revenue, Department, and Summary data for Budgets, Forecasts, and Mock Budgets. 


Accounting - Invoice Approvals – New “On Hold” Category 

The new On Hold functionality within the approvals page will allow users to set aside invoices that are in the approval stage, but not yet ready to be paid. To place invoices in the "On Hold" status, use the triple-dot menu to the right of the invoice, or bulk select multiple invoices and click Place on Hold.


To release an invoice from being On Hold, use the triple-dot menu to the right of the invoice and click "Release Invoice".



Labor Management - New PTO Accrual Method: Per-Hour Worked (Sick & Safe Time) 

We've added a new toggle to enable accrual of PTO based on actual hours worked. 




When enabled, the hourly accrual rate defaults for “Sick & Safe” law calculation defaults (e.g., 0.0333). To update the accrual rate, go the Range section and make the necessary changes to the amount.

Labor Management - Paychex Export Error

When exporting payroll, new error messages help customers understand issues like missing/mismatched Worker IDs. This popup now displays a link to contact Inn-Flow Support for further troubleshooting. 




Labor Management - Improved UX on the Forecast Page 

The page is now easier to use, with more-delineated input fields, better recognition of auto-calculated stats, and better browser size responsiveness.



Labor Management - Birthday Report Update 


Expanded data selections to allow for more robust birthday reporting, including the option to select dates in the future. 


 

  • Facilities Management - Asset Management via Mobile App 
  • Identification/Technical Specification fields: Alphanumeric + Special Characters allowed; purchase cost allows decimals; large text areas supported. Capture dimensions (H/W/D), energy efficiency, power requirements (alpha-numeric allowed), and attach documents (shows date/pages).
  • Embed up to 5 video links in Asset details with descriptions. Inline playback supported. 
  • Work Order Tab: shows counts of Open/In-Progress/On-Hold WOs; tap to view WO details. 
  • History Tab includes chronological audit trail (newest first) across actions: creation, edits, maintenance WOs, etc. Example: name changes logged with user/time. 
  • Maintenance Tab: Lists PMs associated with the asset 


  • Facilities Management - Work Orders: Tags (Web only) 

  • Creation Modal: optional tag picker; create-new on the fly. 
  • WO History: tag adds/removals logged in the timeline. 
  • Reports: “Active Work Orders” (multi-property) and “Single Property Work Orders” now include a Tags column and a tag filter.


Facilities Management - Reports: Daily Task Completion (New) 

  • Single-EHID report with ≤1-year date range; sortable by Location, Due Date, Assigned To; shows status and attachment presence.


  • Facilities Management - Asset Details Report: Purchase Date 

  • New Purchase Date column populated when available (blank otherwise). 



Facilities Management - Push Notifications: Daily Task Comments 

When a comment is added to a Daily Task, the assigned/logged in user receives a push notification.



Business Intelligence Daily Flash - Core Metrics 

  • Additional Columns available: OOO, Comp Rooms, and No-Shows available for selection in the Accounting Daily Flash, including the option for visualization.
