Accounting - Operational Budgets/Forecasting 2.0 - Coming Soon!

Modern, User-Friendly Interface: 

• Simplified, clean page layout optimized for easier data entry and review. 
• More consistent and predictable input behavior, reducing training needs. 

In-Page Contextual Data: 

• Display Last Year Actuals and Last Year Budget values side-by-side with current inputs, so users can reference historical data without running separate reports. 

• Copy from Previous Option with Bulk Percentage Adjustment: 
  • When copying a prior year budget forward, users can apply a blanket percentage adjustment to all revenue or expense categories in one step. 

GM-Friendly Workflows: 

• More intuitive structure makes it easier for corporate teams to train GMs to enter and submit budgets/forecasts directly, freeing corporate staff to focus on review and approval. 
• These changes reduce training time, increase accuracy, and improve the experience for both corporate and property-level users. 

NOTE: Users will have access to both 1.0 and 2.0 versions of this functionality.  

Accounting - ePay Special Permissions 

Split ePay Permissions:  

• Separate special permissions for ePay vs. Check payments 
• Allows organizations to specify individuals who are allowed to execute payments for each type separately. 

NOTE: All current users with the old “Make Check & ePay Payments” permission will be given both new permissions at launch. 

Labor Management Reports - Housekeeping Assignments 

New multi-property Housekeeping Assignment report (up to 10 properties) with: 

• Rooms sold vs. rooms cleaned 
• Rooms cleaned per hour metric 
• Variance and ratio calculations 
• PDF export by property 

Netchex & Paychex Integrations – File Exports 

Payroll export files for Netchex/Paychex are now auto-emailed to the email address listed on the Payroll Processor page, for record keeping purposes. This is in addition to the data being sent directly to Netchex and Paychex via API. 

Facilities Maintenance - Preventative Maintenance (PM)

Procedure edits (task renames, deletions, etc.) no longer affect active or completed PM schedules — changes only apply to future schedules. 

Facilities Maintenance - Daily Digest Email 

We've introduced a new configurable email summarizing daily Facilities activity. Sections include: Work Orders, Preventative Maintenance progress, Daily Tasks completion %, and new Logbook entries. This digest email also includes a link to open Inn-Flow.
