Communications Inbox - Notifications


We've add a filter to select which Product’s notifications the user would like to view. This allows users to easily locate the information relevant to the work they are doing. 



Accounting - Repeating Entries


Attachments added to a Repeating Entry will now automatically be added to future entries when they Repeat.



Labor Management - Payroll Export Formats


APS Payroll - Inn-Flow has added a Payroll Export format for APS Payroll. This includes User-defined headers and export codes.


  • ADP WFN2 - This export template has had a formatting update to add the defaulting “0” COA segment at the end (where applicable). 


Labor Management Reports - New and Updated Reports


  • This report shows who consented, when, and where; new role permission enabled for GM, Owner, Regional Manager, HR Manager, and Admin by default. For more information on this feature, see article: What is Biometric Consent on the Time Clock?

Employee Status Updates Report 

  • Terminations, New Hires, 90-Day Anniversaries, Employment Type changes, and more!



HR Report: Birthday List

  • Birthday report date selector extended to 100 years. 


Labor Management Time Clock - Biometric Consent


Biometric Consent text is localized to Spanish when the Spanish toggle is enabled. 


Business Intelligence - Comparison Display

Multiple Comparisons are now all displayed on the card during the selection process to give clear visibility into the data you'll see. Spacing has been improved to display more of the most important data without the need for scrolling.
