Communications Inbox - Notifications  

All Accounting users will now have access to the Communications Inbox. Comments on all transaction types now appear within the “Notifications” tab within the Communications Inbox. This 

allows users to access transaction directly from the notification, as well as giving a central location for notifications history. 




Administration - Vendor Page Moved to Administration Menu 

We've moved the Vendor's page from Accounting to the Administration navigation for use across all Inn-Flow productsPermissions for Vendors are now visible within the “ALL” section of the role permissions and no longer nested within Accounting. 


No functional changes were made to the Vendors page. 



Administration - Chart of Accounts for Labor-Only Tenants 

The COA Page is also moving from Accounting to Administration menu to be used by all Inn-Flow Modules. Now, Labor-Only subscribers can access and manage COAs in 2.0 with a simplified creation flow that includes an auto-filled Payroll subgroup.


Note: Accounting subscribers who access this navigation link will continue to be redirected to the 1.0 Chart of Accounts page. This only applies to customers who have Labor only.



Business Intelligence - Labor Management Dashboard Metric for MPCR

MPCR is now available as a metric card on Portfolio DashboardsThis metric card supports static, bar, line, and progress types with Budget or LY comparisons. 



Labor Management - Time-Off Policy Enhancements 

We've made some changes to the Time Off Policy page. Now, editable fields are clearly outlined and required fields show contextual prompts 




Mobile App -  Web QR Code added to the Navigation Bar

  • The left Navigation bar will display a new “Get App” link. Hovering over the link reveals a QR code taking you directly to the mobile app download. 


  • Business Intelligence - Share Dashboard Functionality 

  • Users will now see a Pop-up modal when sharing dashboards with ‘Can Edit’ permissions, to warn of possible repercussions related sensitive data.
