Accounting - Client Access for Inactive Hotels 

Users can now view and export data from Daily Activity for hotels which have been made inactive, or have limited subscriptions. For these, Daily Activity Entry page will be read-only, however file viewing, downloading, and export options remain available for historical file access. 



Accounting - Operating Statement for Operators – Main Group Logic Changes 

Within Accounting > Chart of Accounts, Main Groups created by the user will now be excluded from the Operating Statement for Operators if the group is moved below the “Replacement Reserves” main group in the ordering configuration. 


Business Intelligence - Labor Metric Cards 


We have added additional Metric Cards for the Labor Management Dashboard. The new options include: 

CPOR (Cost Per Occupied Room) 
Labor Cost as % of Revenue 
Total Hours (By Department & Position) 
Minutes Per Cleaned Room
Each of these options includes: 


Accurate data sourcing and matching across modules 
Support for number, bar, line, and progress cards 
Breakdown by date, department, or position depending on card 





Business Intelligence - Category Filtering for Metric Cards 

You'll see a new “Accounting” vs. “Labor” filter toggle in BI metric library, and only applicable comparison options shown based on metric type selected.




Business Intelligence - Custom Metric Card 

Users will now be able to filter data from high level Main Groups down to a single COA to create custom metric cards. This option will be available to display in: 

Number Cards 
Bar Graphs 
Line Graphs
