Administration: Abbreviated Hotel Name - All Hotels have an Abbreviated Hotel Name field in the entity management page that relates to how hotels appear in Dashboards. To customize, under Administration / Entities / Select the hotel you wish to edit.
After the Entity ID field is an Abbreviated Hotel Name, limited to 20 characters, where you can customize how the hotels are displayed on the Dashboards.
To have this appear, from the Dashboard tab, select the module and the tab, for example, Accounting / Daily Flash. In the column header selector, on the top right of the page, change the Column Configuration from EHID to Hotel Name.
Then, in the triple dot menu on the top right, select Save as Default if you prefer the page to open this way moving forward.
Follow the same steps for the other Dashboard pages for all to open showing the Hotel Name in the future.
