Room Assignments can be used to monitor housekeeping times daily.
This should be completed in the morning. This page will show all Housekeepers scheduled that day. Complete how many projected rooms each housekeeper is expected to clean. This will show what their projected Total Time should be, based on budget settings previously established.
Once the Departures and Stayovers are entered, click Continue.
You’ll get an alert selecting Continue will automatically update each user’s schedule according to the number of rooms that need to be cleaned. For example, if you scheduled someone from 8:00am to 4:00pm, but based on Room Assignments, they should only be there until 2:30pm. Their schedule will automatically update, and a notification will be sent to each user with their updated estimated Punch Out times. Click Continue for the notification to be sent.
IF PRO TIP: This should only be updated in the morning. Any updates to actual rooms cleaned is completed in Housekeeping Approvals.
