By selecting each item above, you have the opportunity to review and correct any changes needed.


 

Time Clock

 

The bottom section shows the Time Clock. Only the employees that are eligible to clock in at the time will show. This will be blank if no one is currently scheduled.

You can click the Full Time Clock button to show everyone that is scheduled for the day.

 

 

You can see everyone that is scheduled for the day.

If it’s too much information, you can use the filter options at the top.

If you want to see only one department and or position at a time, you can do that using these two drop downs.

To quickly find a person, use the Search field.

What happens if you had a call out and need to add someone to the schedule quickly? Or someone switched shifts and the schedule wasn’t updated? There’s a Quick Add Shift for this purpose!

Here you can enter what department and position you’re adding, the date, start and end time, then who will be working this shift.

Once completed, click Add Shift.

You also can also manually Punch someone in. This may happen if you need someone to start working earlier than scheduled, or they forgot to punch in, so you need to do that now.

Enter what time they started working, an explanation, then Save.

Like a manual punch in, if someone forgot to punch out, you can manually punch them out using the same three dots.

Once updated and saved…

 


 

The manual shift will appear as so.
