Adding Chart of Accounts to Operational Budgets 2.0

This guide walks you through adding chart of accounts to an existing budget.


Getting Started

  1. Navigate to Operational Budgets 2.0
  2. Open the budget you’d like to add Chart of Accounts to


Adding Chart of Accounts

  1. Locate the triple-dot menu button in the very top right of the budget.
  2. Click Select Chart of Accounts.
  3. This opens the Chart of Accounts pop-up
  4. Select which Chart of Accounts you would like to add to the budget:
    • Each department is an accordion with a checkbox which allows you select or deselect entire departments.
    • In the accordion for each department are the Chart of Accounts associated. You can select or deselect any chart of account to include in the budget.
