This article answers the most common questions about payroll services when using Inn-Flow.

1. Who handles garnishment payments, including IWOs (Income Withholding Orders)?

If Inn-Flow is your payroll provider, once you have provisioned the Garnishment information and uploaded a copy of the Garnishment order in Inn-Flow - we handle this for you.

  1. Child Support Orders are sent via EFT (electronic funds transfer).

  2. All other garnishments are included in a check file that you print and mail.

2. Who manages yearly Worker’s Compensation audits?

Inn-Flow provides you with the option to pull reports or we can generate a report for you to address any Workers Compensation questions or Audit. You remain responsible for submitting them to your insurance carrier, but the data is prepared and available from Inn-Flow.

3. Can employees or managers access paystubs?

  • Employees: Yes. Once access is requested, the Payroll team will send a link to the EE to access this information. Employees then have direct access to their paystubs through the Inn-Flow payroll system.

  • Management: Access is permission-based. Customer must provide the Payroll Team with information regarding user access, then the Payroll team will provision access accordingly. Managers must be granted specific rights to view paystubs for their EEs.

  • General Managers (GMs) are generally not granted access to paystubs, since this would allow them to edit employee information in the system. In most cases, GMs are not given permissions to access confidential paystub data.
