Creating a Task
Go to Facilities > Daily Tasks > Manage.
Click Create Daily Task.
Fill out details:
- Task Name
- Time (optional)
- Assigned Role (not an individual user)
- Location
- Description
- File or photo attachments
Save.
Completing a Task
Go to Facilities > Daily Tasks > Active to view the tasks scheduled for today, and complete them.
Click on a task to enter notes, tag teammates, or mark as complete.
Example Daily Tasks
- “Check pool chemical levels – 8am”
- “Sweep lobby – 2pm”
- “Empty outdoor trash – 6pm”
Best Practices
- Assign to roles so coverage is ensured across shifts.
- Start with 3–5 critical tasks; expand later.
- Completed tasks disappear from lists for all with that role.
