It has been reported that many Property Management Systems are experiencing delays in reporting and functionality. More specifically, night audit information for Thursday, July 18th. This data may not have been received and imported into Daily Activity Entry.

Since PMS files or emails have not been sent, you can ask your PMS Support to resend the files if they have the ability. Each hotel has a unique Inn-Flow PMS address found within Administration > Entities > Import Email Addresses accessible per Role Permissions. 


Many PMSs have a Manual Import option within Daily Activity Entry > Import. This article's "Outline" reflects each PMS that has a Manual Import option. Please follow the steps here to manually import the files, or manually complete the entry for missed days. 


Inn-Flow is working through Support Tickets as they rapidly arrive, but please be patient as each will be addressed. If you're able to complete the entry via Manual Import or a manual entry, that will be the quickest resolution to your request.
