1. New Login Page - Inn-Flow.net has a new look!
2. Positive Pay Type Added: PNC and Evernote Bank We have implemented a positive pay format for PNC and Evernote Bank. Positive Pay is enabled and controlled within the Register of the bank account, and by selecting Edit Account on the top right in the triple dot menu > Edit Account.
3. Bank Sync Enhancements
Completed Transactions Filter Enhancements:
When you filter to completed transactions on the Bank Sync page, you will notice the addition of an “Adj.” column, which will show the total of adjustments entered when it was reconciled.
Export Option:
Users with access to the Bank Sync page can now export transactions with just a few clicks.
A new triple dot menu has been added next to the “Bank Sync Connections” button, providing the ability to “Export”.
Choosing this option will export any transactions visible on the page.
Custom Date Selector:
In the Completed section date selector, there is now an option for “Custom” which will allow the user to select a date 1 year in the past as of today’s date.
4. Invoice Attachment Enhancements
Move Invoice and Bulk Actions – We have made quite a few changes to the invoice attachment viewer, impacting the “Move Invoices” and Bulk Action workflows. Users can now complete actions using the bulk action bar at the bottom such as deleting, rotating right and left, or moving. The move options include: move to a new invoice, move to existing invoice, or move each page to new invoice.
5. ePay Payment Processing
Users navigating to the Processing section on the Payments page can now select the invoice and click on the associated payments section to view the transaction details. This displays the ePay information, and for checks, allows the user to download the check image.
6. Accounting Dashboard
In the Accounting Daily Flash Dashboard, users can now sort by clicking on any column header.
