There are Holiday Probationary Settings within User Management that allow you to set when employees are eligible for holiday pay based on their hire date. Typically companies will either pay holiday rates to all employees, none, or after an initial hire period. If employees do not qualify for holiday pay until after 90 days, for example, you would enter 90 into this field.
If an employee works on a holiday that is before they meet the probationary period, holidays will reflect as regular hours.
If all employees qualify for holiday pay, this would remain at 0.
If no holidays are paid at a higher rate, then no Holidays should be added within Labor Mgmt / Holidays tab.
