Overview

The Procurement module of Inn-Flow helps your company to control purchasing costs by allowing you to: set base levels, inventory, and create purchase orders for your products. 

Your Implementation Specialist will help you customize the Procurement module to fit your company’s needs by assisting you with the initial documents and setup.

Enterprise-Wise Procurement Settings

The first step of setting up the Procurement module is to select Procurement Departments that all hotels in your portfolio use. To add the Departments that your company uses, click + Department. 

To rename a Department in the list, click on the row, retype the Department Name, and click Save.
