Now that you have set up a Budgeted amount of each item, you can complete an inventory to record the Actual amount we have of each item. Choose the department you wish to inventory from the dropdown shown below, then enter the Actual Inventory, and any comments related to the items. The actual inventory is per item. For Example: A box of soap containing 300 bars is equal to 300 items. The same item when half full during inventory would be recorded as having 150 items. Click Save, and then you can Submit and/or Print the Inventory that has been completed.
Once you click Submit, you will be prompted to enter the Username of the person responsible for Approving the Inventory. Finally, click Send to notify them that there is an Inventory for review. This notification will appear on the User’s Inn-Flow Dashboard.
