How to Set Up and Schedule Reports in StayNTouch for Inn-Flow Integration

This article outlines how to configure the correct reports in StayNTouch for your Inn-Flow integration. It’s important to follow these steps so that the data files are formatted correctly for automated imports.

Required Reports

You need to configure the following two reports:

1. Market Segment Statistics Report (Daily)
2. Comparison Report (Daily)

These must be scheduled reports—manually exporting them can generate a different file structure that will not work with Inn-Flow's importer.

How to Set Up the Market Segment Statistics Report (Daily)

1. Log in to StayNTouch.
2. Navigate to:Reports > Scheduled Reports > Custom Exports
3. Locate the report titled something like:Market Segment Statistics Report - Daily
4. If it’s not already configured:
5. Click New Export
6. Choose the report type and set it to Repeat Daily
7. Under “Render,” select End of Day
8. In the Distribution List, add your Inn-Flow contact (e.g. EHID's Daily Activity email)
9. Save the configuration.

How to Set Up the Comparison Report (Daily)

1. Stay on the same Custom Exports page.
2. Find or create a scheduled export for the Comparison Report Daily.
3. Again, ensure it is:
4. Set to Repeat Daily
5. Rendered at End of Day
6. Sent to the appropriate contact(s) in the Distribution List
7. Save the report settings.
