How to Update Hilton PEP Scheduled Reports to Dynamic Reporting Queues

Hilton is retiring PEP static reports and scheduled exports that rely on Static/Combined reporting. After January 26, 2026, properties must use Dynamic reports for scheduled exports so Daily Activity data continues to be available.

Inn-Flow is updating our Hilton PEP Daily Activity integration so it can be fully supported using three Dynamic reports. To prevent interruptions, you must update your scheduled exports before the deadline.

Action required

Update your PEP reporting queue to use the Dynamic option.
Ensure the queue exports the three required Dynamic reports below every day.

NOTE: Continue sending the Final AuditV2 report until PEP stops supporting it to ensure your Daily Activity continues to work smoothly.

Required Dynamic Reports

Your scheduled export must include the following three Dynamic reports (exact names):

Dynamic report name	What Inn-Flow uses it for	Notes
Final Audit	Daily revenue and transaction totals used for Daily Activity Entry.	3-File: use Final Audit (not Final AuditV2).
Hotel Statistics	Daily occupancy and room statistics used in Daily Activity Entry.	Schedule for the prior business date after Night Audit.
Market Segment Summary	Market-segment room and revenue totals used to classify daily activity.	Schedule for the prior business date after Night Audit.

Quick Validation Tip

When you open each exported file, the report title should match the Dynamic report name you selected (Final Audit, Hotel Statistics, or Market Segment Summary) and the report date should align to the prior business date.

Step-by-step: Create or Update Your PEP Dynamic Reporting Queue

Use these steps to create a new Dynamic scheduled export (or replace your existing Static/Combined queue). The exact screen names can vary by PEP version, but the required choices are consistent.

Sign in to Hilton PEP and open the Reports area.
Locate your existing scheduled export / reporting queue that is currently used to deliver Daily Activity reports.
Create a new queue (recommended) or edit the existing one.
For the queue type, select Dynamic (not Static and not Combined).
Add the three Dynamic reports exactly as named: Final Audit, Hotel Statistics, and Market Segment Summary.
Set the schedule to run daily after Night Audit is complete (so the report date aligns to the prior business date).
Set the output format to the same file type you send today (.xlsx).
Set the delivery destination to your existing Inn-Flow integration email address per hotel.
