Why It Matters

  • Captures daily notes with timestamps and read receipts
  • Improves accountability and communication
  • Prevents info from being lost between shifts

Features

  • Add text entries with attachments (photos, files)
  • Tag locations, assets, or work orders
  • Comment threads for follow-up
  • History log and “Viewed by” tracking

Select a Category for the Logbook Entry.

If a specific Location or Asset is affected, note those in the appropriate dropdown menus. Add any relevant attachments, and Save.

Examples of Common Logbook Entries

  • “Pool closed for maintenance 2–4pm”
  • “Guest in 203 reported noise complaint”
  • “Vendor arriving at 10am for lobby AC repair”

Best Practices

  • Tag relevant modules for cross-reference
