If you are creating a labor model for a Banquet Position, there are a few steps to follow to ensure that you are able to budget your labor based a statistic, such as # of Banquet Covers.
First, navigate to the Accounting Module, and go to Chart of Accounts. Click the button for Non-Financial COA's - which are statistics.
Click + Statistic, and fill in the Item Name and Description.
This statistic will now be included in the Daily Activity Entry > Statistics section. This may not import automatically, so be sure to inform the Night Audit Team so that they know to enter this manually into the statistics page each day.
The next step is to go to the Labor Management module, and enter the Models page. You can create a model for any banquet position, and choose Factor of Statistics or Range of Statistics. Now that you have added the Banquet Covers statistic into Non-Financial COA's, you can select Banquet Covers, and select the minutes allotted for the factor or range. See screenshot below for an example.
This statistic will also be displayed in the forecast page of Labor Management, where you can enter a daily forecast, which will provide you with a budget for the amount of hours you can add the to the schedule for this position.
