To edit your direct deposit information within Inn-Flow, follow the steps below:


1. Log into inn-flow.net.


2. Select your username on the bottom left of the page.


3. Select My Profile.





4. You can select the Payroll tab to view your payroll information, which may be grayed out due to payroll related permissions. 


However, you can edit the Direct Deposit information by clicking on the row with the bank account information. Enter all required fields and save.



5. You are required to enter the account number twice to ensure the correct number is being entered. 



6. If you would like to setup multiple bank accounts, follow the steps below.


  • First, add Account #1. In Amount Type, select $ Amount of Paycheck, or % of Paycheck.
  • In the example above, the Amount entered is 0. Enter this, and the remaining information and Save. 
  • Then, add Account #2. In this account, enter the amount that you would like sent to the second Account. Enter this number and the remaining information, and Save.
  • After saving, you will see a banner on the screen, showing that 250.00 would go to the second account, and all remaining funds will go into the first account.
