The Daily Activity page will open either two pages:
1. If you currently use the Accounting module, and you select Daily Activity Entry, you will be routed to your hotel's Daily Activity page in the Accounting module.
2. If you do NOT use Accounting, and you select Daily Activity Entry, this is where you should be updating the Rooms Occupied and Arrivals for days in the past.
Since a Forecast is completed when you create a schedule, it's expected that Actuals are updated in Daily Activity after Night Audit occurs. This is so that the Actual Budgets per position can be updated with Actual Occupancy, instead of using a Forecasted figure for calculating the budget.
