The Tip Entry page allows you to add Tips to be accounted for on the Payroll Export template. 

 

If Tips are entered from the Time Clock, they will also appear here. 

 

To add tips, click either the "Add Tips" button located at the top right corner or under the Date column.

Here's how to add tips: 
1. Select the date for which you want to claim tips. 
2. Choose the employee. 
3. Enter the tip amount for each tip type. 
4. Add tip amounts for different types and additional employees if necessary.

Tip Types Explained:

  • PCTip: Used for Paycheck Tips that are included in the employee’s paycheck.
  • CATi2: Used for Cash Tips that need to be reported but are not paid out with the paycheck.


IF PRO TIP: If you don’t want to enter tips per day, enter the lump sum amount as of the last day of the pay period.
