The Smile iD page is where you can view all Smile iD photos when employees punch in and out.
You can edit the time frame of punches to view, as well as whether you wish to see Pass, Fail, Pending or All pictures. By default, it shows all Pending punches.
IF PRO TIP: Typically, you’ll only need to review those that are marked as Fail.
When you select a specific punch, you’ll be able to see the picture, date, time and % match. Then you can update whether this actually was the employee by selecting the No or Yes. Updating this to No means it will be marked as a Failure and updating to Yes means it’s a Pass.
You can also Search in the Smile iD page for a specific user.
