Once you have created a new bank account please download and complete the attached ACH form. You do not need to include a sample check or bank letter. Please email the form, along with the EID and HID to [email protected].
Inn-Flow will process the form and send it to REPAY. Once received, REPAY will take between 3-5 days to complete the account set up. [email protected] will send you a notification when the account has been setup.
