Smile iD Failures is how many false punches you could potentially have.
A Smile iD Failure is when any punch does not meet the set threshold of a match. These punches should be reviewed and noted whether it’s a false punch or not in order to eliminate buddy punching.
When you select a specific punch, you’ll be able to see the picture, date, time and % match.
Then you can update whether this actually was the employee by selecting the No or Yes. Updating this to No means it will be marked as a Failure and updating to Yes means it’s a Pass.
