Welcome to InnFlow Procurement! This Privacy Policy covers all uses of our business-to-business procurement website and mobile application (the "Platform") for Customers (hotels, resorts, gyms, warehouses) and Vendors (manufacturers, distributors, suppliers).

Platform is primarily intended for U.S.-based businesses. We comply with applicable Privacy Laws including CPRA/CCPA and State Privacy Laws. Subsidiary in Chile supports certain administrative functions under strict data protection protocols.

2. Information We Collect

From Customers: Business contact info, account credentials, payment info, order history, usage data, device/browser info, communications.

From Vendors: Business contact info, tax IDs, bank details for payouts, product/catalog data, shipping info, communications.

Automatically: IP addresses, cookies, analytics, device identifiers, browsing behavior on Platform.

3. How We Use Information

To provide and improve Services, process orders and payments, communicate with you, ensure security, comply with legal obligations, and for analytics and reporting.

4. How We Share Information

With service providers (payment processors, cloud hosting, analytics), between Customers and Vendors as needed for transactions, for legal compliance, and in connection with business transfers. We do not sell personal information.

5. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures. Payment data stored by third-party processors (Stripe, Square, Adyen, Plaid). No payment information stored on InnFlow Procurement servers.

6. Your Rights and Choices
