You cover the shipping cost and are refunded for this amount in full in your total order payout. This cost is then added to the hotel's invoice. Use any shipper you like!
Packing slips should list only InnFlow Procurement's contact information, so customers can request order help and return through InnFlow Procurement. You can provide your own modified shipping labels, or we can provide a template, free of charge.
