Have you received the error message on the Bank Sync page stating that you can not reconcile future date transactions?
Here's why, and how to correct the date of the deposit:
The error message is appearing because the Bank Transaction date displays one date, but the Daily Activity deposit that you would like to select is from a date in the future, meaning that it is not an accurate representation of the date of the deposit.
To reconcile this, navigate to the Daily Activity Entry page, and to the date that the deposit actually occurred, and use the Deposits Audit Section of Daily Activity to reflect the correct Deposits "Actual" on this date.
Then, you would move to the Daily Activity Entry date where the transaction is incorrectly recorded, and use the Deposits Audit Section to reflect the corrected Deposit "Actual". Once the deposit entry has been updated to the correct date, it will reflect in the Bank Sync and be able to match.
The instructions on how to utilize the Deposits Audit feature are included in this article, for your reference: Daily Activity Entry
Note: The Deposits Audit section is the proper location to record the difference between the deposit amounts recorded within the PMS System and the ACTUAL deposits received in the bank for a specific date. This feature includes a section for coding the difference, and notating why the variance occurred, allowing for clear visibility between the property team and the accounting team. The Actual Deposit/Capture details and adjustments then flow into the Reconciliation page for each date.
