Inn-Flow uses OTPs (One - Time Passcodes) in multiple areas of the site to ensure the security of your data and financials.
OTP's can be set up to be send to a user via Text, and/or Google Authenticator. We recommend the Google Authenticator, as this option is the most reliable.
To update your OTP method, please visit your profile by clicking your username in the bottom left of your screen. Then, select My Profile.
In the 2-Factor Authentication section, toggle on the Google Option. Then, follow the instructions to enable Google Authenticator. Tip: You may need to download this from your App store if it is not already on your mobile device.
Once your settings have been updated in your profile, you will have the option to use the Google Authenticator each time you reach an OTP option in Inn-Flow.
