In the Dashboard, if you receive the below error message related to unbudgeted hours, that means there was a position with actual hours worked, but the position doesn't have a budget associated with it.
Having positions without budgets is not recommended as this can cause the Dashboard not capture the full picture related to Actuals vs. Budget comparisons.
