Enter your Username and Password.
If you're unsure of your password, select the Forgot your password? link.
A message window will pop up stating an email has been sent to the email address on file with the next step instructions.
Open the email as you will find a one-time passcode to use with a link to complete the reset process. The link will navigate you to a page to enter the code.
Enter the Verification code in the Inn-Flow site.
Enter and confirm a new password per the password criteria.
Once the password is entered and confirmed, it will redirect the user to the login page where they will need to enter their credentials again.
You can also use the Text option to receive the code via text message.
Still having issues with receiving the code?
1. If receiving via email, be sure to check your Junk or Spam folder as main email platforms typically route this to junk or spam.
2. If resetting this for an employee, be sure to check the employee's profile to make sure the correct Email and Phone Number have been entered.
