Using Google Chrome as your browser, navigate to
Enter your Username and Password.

If you're unsure of your password, select the Forgot your password? link. 

Your username is not your email address. Entering the incorrect username here will prevent you from receiving a reset passcode. Please verify your username with your Inn-Flow Administrator or manager if you're unsure.  

A message window will pop up stating an email has been sent to the email address/mobile number on file with the next step instructions. 

Open the message as you will find a one-time passcode to use with a link to complete the reset process. The link will navigate you to a page to enter the code. 

Enter the verification code in the Inn-Flow site.

Enter and confirm a new password per the password criteria.

Once the password is entered and confirmed, it will redirect you to the login page where you will need to enter your credentials again.

Still having issues with receiving the reset code?

1. If receiving via email, be sure to check your Junk or Spam folder as main email platforms typically route this to junk or spam.

2. If resetting this for an employee, be sure to check the employee's profile to make sure the correct Email and Phone Number have been entered.
