The Timesheets page is where you can view times more on a by employee basis. The Performance page is best used to see how payroll is by department or position, and Timesheets is used to make any changes needed for individual shifts.

 

 

 

To add a shift, go to Timesheets and select the Add Entry box on the top right of the page.

You then enter the Department, Position, Date and Times. You can add this shift for one or multiple users at the same time.

I can either use the Search bar to find a specific person very quickly, I can change the time period I’m reviewing, or filter by Timesheet Status or Employee Type.

The Total Hours with details by Regular, Overtime and PTO also show at the top, along with any Disputed timesheets that may exist.

This page also sorts the employees alphabetically so I can see their total hours by person. 

 

If I click on an individual user, I can see his timesheet for that week.

The summary per user and per position show at the top. You can scroll down to view or edit a shift per the dates shown.

 

If a shift was missed, the Add Entry button also appears here as well so you can add the in and out time, department, position and an explanation.

For any day with actual times work, there’s also an Add Break button where you can quickly deduct time for that shift for a break.

You can also view the employees Smile iD from this page as well using the iD logo to the right of the time.
