Cash Flow Projection

Cash Flow Projection

The Cash Flow Projection report provides a forward-looking view of your property's expected cash position. It combines actual bank balances with projected income and expenses to help you anticipate cash needs and make informed financial decisions.

What the Report Shows

The Cash Flow Projection displays your current cash balances alongside projected inflows and outflows over a defined period. This includes expected revenue from operations, scheduled debt payments, payroll obligations, and other recurring expenses. The result is a week-by-week (or period-by-period) view of where your cash position is headed.

What Drives the Projection

The projection is built from several data inputs within Inn-Flow:

• Current bank account balances

• Accounts Payable (scheduled and upcoming payments)

• Accounts Receivable (expected collections)

• Budgeted revenue and expense figures

• Recurring obligations such as payroll, loan payments, and management fees

1. Navigate to Reports in the left-hand menu.
