The Reconciliation Status page is where you can view all of your bank and credit card accounts per year and see the status of each account's reconciliation.
Status Definitions
For each account, there are different statuses:
UNRECON (Un-Reconciled)
The account needs to be reconciled for that month.
RECON (Reconciled)
The account has been fully reconciled and no variance exists. The status automatically updates once the reconciliation is marked as Complete within the bank reconciliation.
Note: Clicking directly on a status will take you to the reconciliation page for that specific HID, Month, and Account. |
