Yes. Inn-Flow provides a bulk transaction export from the Search page that lets you pull all accounting transactions for a property within a date or accounting period range. The export is delivered as a CSV file emailed to the address associated with your Inn-Flow login.
This export includes individual General Ledger transactions (journal entries, AP invoices, checks, deposits, etc.) rather than summarized report data. It is useful for audits, external accounting reviews, or migrating data to another system.
Export Transactions by Property
Navigate to Accounting > Search.
Click the triple-dot menu in the upper-right corner of the Search page.
Select Transaction Export by EHID.
In the export dialog, select the property (EHID) you want to export.
Choose your date range using one of the two options: Transaction Date range (the date the transaction was posted) or Accounting Period range (the accounting period the transaction belongs to).
Click Export.
Inn-Flow will process the export in the background. Once complete, you will receive an email with the CSV file attached. For large properties or wide date ranges, the email may take a few minutes to arrive.
What the Export Contains
The CSV export includes transaction-level detail: transaction date, accounting period, transaction type, description, chart of account, debit and credit amounts, and vendor or reference information. Each row represents a single GL entry.
Note: This export contains raw transaction data, not formatted reports. If you need a formatted report (such as a Trial Balance, P&L, or Balance Sheet), run those from Accounting > Reports and use the export option within each report instead.
Tips
Export one property at a time. If you manage multiple properties and need data for all of them, you must run a separate export for each EHID.
The Transaction Date option is best when you need activity for a specific calendar window regardless of which accounting period it posted to.
The Accounting Period option is best when you want everything that belongs to a particular month's close, including entries that may have been posted on dates outside that calendar month.
