What's New with the Amazon Integration

Modified on Thu, 13 Aug at 3:01 PM

Amazon Business is becoming a connected vendor in Inn-Flow Procurement - unlocking the full catalog, live pricing, and end-to-end order tracking.

The Key Change

Amazon is moving from an Open Vendor to a Connected Vendor.

Users who want to shop from Amazon will need to connect their own Amazon Business account to Inn-Flow Procurement before placing orders.

What's New

  • Full Amazon catalog access No more need for the Cart Agent.
  • Enhanced search experience Faster, more accurate product results.
  • Real-time availability and estimated delivery dates Pulled live from Amazon.
  • Full order visibility and tracking From placement through delivery.
  • Payments run directly through Amazon Charged to your Amazon Business payment method, no longer processed through Inn-Flow Procurement.

Editing, Cancelling, or Returning an Order

Important: Since Inn-Flow doesn't have access to your Amazon account, any edits, cancellations, or returns must be handled directly by the Amazon account owner. Our support team is unable to assist with these. Any changes will automatically reflect on your Inn-Flow order.

  • Amazon orders - handled by you. Manage edits, cancellations, and returns from your Amazon Business account.
  • All other vendors - unchanged. Inn-Flow support continues to assist exactly as before.

Next Step: Connect Your Account

Follow the "How to Connect Your Amazon Business Account" guide to get set up.

Note: You'll need Admin access to your Amazon Business account.
