Can I return items I bought?

We know things aren't always exactly how you want them. If you need to return an item, just let us know and we will coordinate and process the return directly with the corresponding vendor. If it comes from a connected vendor, you can still process the return by your own as you would typically do without InnFlow Procurement. Whatever works better for you in the moment.

Please note that not all items are returnable and must be approved prior to shipping.
