Supported Devices and OS Versions


To ensure the best experience and performance, Inn-Flow Mobile supports:

  • Android: Current version and the two previous major OS versions
  • iOS: Current version and the one previous major OS version


If your device is running an older operating system, some features may not work as expected or the app may be unsupported.



How to Submit a Support Inquiry in the Mobile App

If you experience any issues while using the app, you can contact our support team directly:


  1. Open the Menu, and click on your Profile
  2. Tap Support





3. Fill out the support form

4. Describe the issue you are experiencing and include any helpful details
