When you try to drill down into a report, and nothing happens, more than likely pop-ups are blocked and need to be enabled in three locations.




1. When you first login, click on the lock icon on the top left next to the main URL. 



2. Next, click on the Site Settings option on the bottom.



3. Scroll down to the Pop-ups and redirects section, and change the dropdown menu to Allow.



4. You can then close that tab. On the main tab, go ahead and click the Reload button on the top.





The second location where pop-ups should be allowed is within the Reports tab. 


1. Click on the lock icon on the top left of the page.



2. Click on Site settings.



3. Scroll down to the Pop-ups and redirects section, and change the dropdown menu to Allow.



4. You can then close that tab. On the main tab, go ahead and click the Reload button on the top.





The final location is within an actual report. 


1. Run any report. When the report runs, click the lock icon on the top left of the page and select Site settings.
