Inn-Flow uses OTPs (One-Time Passcodes) in several areas of the site to protect your data and financials. An OTP can be delivered by text message and/or through the Google Authenticator app. We recommend Google Authenticator, as it is the most reliable option.
To set your OTP method, open your profile by clicking your username at the bottom left of your screen, then select My Profile.
In the 2-Factor Authentication section, toggle on the Google option, then follow the on-screen instructions to enable Google Authenticator.
IF PRO TIP: If Google Authenticator is not already on your mobile device, download it from your app store before completing setup.
Once your profile settings are updated, you will have the option to use Google Authenticator each time you reach an OTP prompt in Inn-Flow.
