To log in, go to www.inn-flow.net. Your username is your *firstname.lastname* – NOT your email address. Your username was emailed to you by the site when your user profile was first set up in Inn-Flow. If you need this Welcome email resent, ask your manager.
Note: Some users have a number after their last name which should be used when logging in.

If you're unsure of your password, select the Forgot your password? link and follow the reset steps below.
Your username is not your email address. Entering the incorrect username here will prevent you from receiving a reset passcode. Please verify your username with your Inn-Flow Administrator or manager if you're unsure.
A message window will pop up stating that an email has been sent to the email address or mobile number on file with next-step instructions. Open the message to find a one-time passcode and a link to complete the reset. Enter the verification code in the Inn-Flow site, then enter and confirm a new password per the password criteria. Once confirmed, you'll be redirected to the login page to enter your credentials again.
Still having issues receiving the reset code?
• If receiving via email, check your Junk or Spam folder, as most email platforms route these messages there.
• If you're resetting this for an employee, check the employee's profile to confirm the correct Email and Phone Number have been entered.
