In Administration, Entities is where you will find your hotel's Daily Activity and Invoice Import Email Addresses.
Each property has its own unique email address.
Navigate to Inn-Flow Home Page.
In the left-hand menu, click Administration.
Under Administration, click Entities.
Click inside the “Search…” field at the top of the Entities page and type the name (or partial name) of the entity you’re looking for.
From the search results, click into the entity.
On the entity details page, click the “Import Email Addresses” tab to view the specific import email address for that property
IF PRO TIP: Clicking on the email address will copy it to your clipboard, so that you can easily paste it somewhere else.
