Real-time spend reports show your purchasing spend as it happens, broken out across properties, GL Codes, spending categories, and users. A spend report is a live view of how much has been ordered and where the money is going – it updates continuously rather than on a fixed schedule.
You access spend reports from the Dashboard in InnFlow Procurement. Because the data refreshes with each new order, the totals you see always reflect current activity, so there is no need to run or export a separate report to check where spend stands.
What the Reports Break Down
Property – spend rolled up per hotel, so multi-property groups can compare locations.
GL Code – spend mapped to your general ledger account (the accounting code that determines how a purchase is booked).
Category – spend grouped by type of goods or service.
User – spend attributed to the individual who placed each order.
IFP PRO TIP: Use the property and GL Code views together at month-end to confirm spend is landing on the right accounts before it flows into your accounting system. |
